Eugene bike shop directory

Note: I have not been diligent about keeping this up to date and therefore have removed hours as well as shops I know have closed. I’m surely missing some newer ones. But the following are certainly old standbys in Eugene.

Oh.. and your link to the Bike Portland blog seems to be incorrect

  2. Hi there, there is also Wheelworks on W 11th. A great store with a nice selection of high end (road and other) bikes (Bianchi and Focus) and great service. I bought my Bianchi there. Bill, the owner, and his cohort go cycling every Saturday morning at 8 am. Meet at the store.

  3. Still feeling New to Eugene / Springfield Area. Want information about cycling and sales and repairs.
I am interested in learning more about newer trikes, namely tadpoles. I have a Sun recumbent bike, yet I want.a new trike. I am finding, that I buy the frame, then search around to get things to make it a trike. What do you know about NuVinci?

  4. I am a new resident to Eugene and am looking to get involved with anything to do with bikes. My last 30 years have been spent in rural NM which is not real bike friendly. Currently i am not a savvy biker but hope to change that. I own a 25 year-old Scott which is in fairly good shape but i need minor accessories (fenders, reflectors, night-use stuff, etc.). I also want to find a setting to learn about repair. And maybe a riding group, though my bike is probably in better shape than i am. Any info/suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

  5. You know, I bought my bicycle from Blue Heron, which I used to back back and forth (4 miles each way) to school. The bike was great. And yellow, which I loved. They were super nice. And when someone stole it, I called and they were nice enough to look up my registration number so I could give it to EPD (who later recovered it). When I bought my bike they offered a free 6-month tune-up, which I thought was a great service. I have to say, I was really happy with them, and would purchase a bike from them again.
